 A full-body workout that uses barbells and high repetitions to burn fat and build strength. It's designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.

ROX RUN

A work out that combines running and functional workouts. It's designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels. 


Basic Strength Training

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
